Today, technology allows easy custom jewelry design transactions around the globe.

Step 2: Sketch Artwork Jewelry Design

This is where the Magic begins! After gaining an understanding of what your taste, style, lifestyle and reviewing example images you may have and the type of jewelry you’re looking for; we’ll prepare a scaled-sized sketch of the jewelry design. After your approval on the sketch we move to creating the design on a CAD jewelry program.

Step 3: Computer Aided Jewelry Design

After the sketch artwork jewelry design is approved by you; the next step is creating the approved jewelry design rendering in Computer Aided Jewelry Design software (CAD). This computer aided jewelry design technology produces a precision three-dimensional model of the design. The CAD rendering is presented to you via email for your approval.

Step 4: 3-D Hard Wax Model

The approved computer aided jewelry design file is sent to a 3-D printer that produces a hard-wax model of the jewelry piece with exact measurements. A plastic model proto-type can be shipped to you for final approval or images of the 3-D wax model can be sent via email for approval; depending on what is deemed appropriate. Upon approval, we proceed to casting your custom jewelry creation in the precious metal(s) of your choice.

Step 5: Casting, Pre-Finishing, Assembly, Fabrication, Stone Setting & Final Finishing

Your Custom Jewelry Creation comes to life! Once the 3-D hard-wax model is approved by you, it’s casted into the precious metals of your choice. The most used precious metals are 14kt gold, 18kt gold or platinum. The metal castings are filed and pre-finished to remove rough edges and sides. If the jewelry design includes assembly, fabrication and stone setting that would be next. All custom jewelry creations have a final detailed finishing that may include satin, matte, high-polish, hand engraving, machine engraving and more.

Step 6: Finished Custom Jewelry
Completion: Final Jewelry Design

The exciting part! The final finished custom jewelry piece is ready to be shipped or presented to you personally.
