How One Handmade Ring Sparked A Decades-long Journey of Craftsmanship, Legacy, and Devotion
When I was 19, I began designing and creating custom jewelry, and the first piece I crafted was a ring for my sister’s 16th birthday. That took me to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), where I graduated top of my class in the art of fine jewelry design and craftsmanship in 1988.
From Industry Secret to Beloved Boutique
I developed my techniques after working with diverse jewelers, and decided it was time to open a business myself. In 1992, I founded Rock N Gold Creations, Inc., a workshop whose reputation was built around the recognition of having the best craftsmanship and whose name became “Jeweler’s Jeweler.” We had focused on intricate high jewelry design and craftsmanship in the trade for many years and had begun moving into retail to sell our designs to a broader audience, operating two locations and creating something truly special with our unique custom jewelry designs, including getting recognized for multiple accolades.

We have been celebrated with several honors, including: Diamond Jewelry Expert features on media stations, numerous “Best Jeweler Designer” awards, and a national AGTA Jewelry Design Award, just to mention a few.
