Please be aware that the return needs to be shipped back to CustomJewelry.com within 14 days and meets the requirements detailed below to be eligible for a refund.
Return items will be checked by CustomJewelry.com to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.

CustomJewelry.com ships via USPS, Fedex, UPS and/or Parcel Pro, a fully secured courier service that specializes in fine jewelry. We ship to most locations in the world. All shipments are sent out with insurance coverage.
